I have not yet completely understood all the reasons I have forever been the way I am. But there’s one thing I certainly know about myself. I have always somehow been able to get through life using less than the average person. This trait is one that either impresses or annoys people.
What’s annoying however, from my perspective, is that my minimalist nature hardly ever affects anyone; yet, many can’t seem to stay quiet about it. Is it really so horrible should someone choose to be a vegetarian, not be a shopaholic, is slow to anger, loves silence, doesn’t go crazy over food and prefers to never be broke? If you have a problem with any of the latter, then you might seriously have bigger problems!
This following article is one of the better finds I’ve stumbled upon; it adequately sums up the advantages of being a minimalist.
